Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Sevoria ("Sevoria," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you use the Sevoria AI chat assistant website, web app, and related services, including any future mobile apps. Sevoria is an AI chat assistant. Users can create an account, chat with an AI model, manage conversations, use free or paid plans, export their data, and request deletion of their data.

1. Contact Information

For questions or to exercise your privacy rights: Email: privacy@sevoria.co · Operator: Sevoria · Jurisdiction: the operator's principal place of residence

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what's needed to provide, secure, improve, and operate Sevoria.

2.1 Account Information

Account email, display name, authentication info (via Supabase), settings and preferences, plan type (Free/Pro/Max), and credit balance/usage. Used to create and manage your account, authenticate you, provide the service, manage plans and credits, communicate with you, and prevent abuse.

2.2 Chat Content

The messages, prompts, instructions, and text you submit, plus the AI responses generated. Used to provide responses, maintain your history, let you export/delete data, troubleshoot errors, improve quality/safety/performance, and detect misuse. Do not submit sensitive information unless you're comfortable sharing it; AI can make mistakes and content may be processed to operate and improve the service.

2.3 Usage and Technical Information

IP address, device/browser/OS, features used, activity time, error and security logs, approximate location from IP, and usage volume (messages/credits). Used to operate the service, diagnose bugs, prevent fraud/abuse, secure accounts, and improve Sevoria.

2.4 Payment and Billing Information

If you buy a paid plan, payment may be processed by a third-party provider. We may receive limited billing info (plan, payment status, transaction ID, billing email, purchase date, credit balance). We do not intentionally store full card numbers on our servers.

2.5 Information from Supabase and Hosting Providers

Sevoria uses Supabase (auth/database) and GitHub Pages (hosting). These providers may process technical information needed for hosting, authentication, database, logging, and security. French and German interface translations are delivered directly by Sevoria; choosing a language does not send the page or your chat content to an external translation service.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide Sevoria and generate AI responses; create/authenticate/manage accounts; store and display chat history; provide free and paid plans; manage credits/billing/limits; export or delete data on request; improve quality, UX, reliability, and safety; detect and respond to fraud, security incidents, abuse, spam, and policy violations; provide support; send service/security/account messages; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy. We do not sell personal information, run ads, or use your data for third-party advertising.

4. AI Training, Service Improvement, and Human Review

Conversations may be used to operate, maintain, and improve Sevoria, including the performance, safety, and reliability of the AI. This may include automated analysis and, where necessary, limited human review for debugging, abuse prevention, safety, or support. We try to limit review to what's reasonably necessary. Avoid entering passwords, payment card numbers, private keys, medical records, or government ID numbers into chats.

5. Legal Bases for Processing

If you're in the EEA, UK, or a similar region, we rely on:

5.1 Contract

To provide Sevoria, manage your account, deliver responses, provide paid plans, and perform our Terms.

5.2 Legitimate Interests

Improving Sevoria, maintaining security, preventing fraud/abuse, debugging, understanding performance, enforcing rules, and protecting users, balanced against your rights.

5.3 Consent

Where required (certain optional cookies, marketing, optional features). You can withdraw consent where applicable.

5.4 Legal Obligation

To comply with laws, legal requests, tax/accounting rules, or lawful government requests.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, local/session storage, and similar tech to keep you signed in, remember settings, protect accounts, measure performance, diagnose bugs, and manage sessions.

6.1 Essential Cookies

Required for the service to work (e.g., authentication).

6.2 Analytics or Performance Cookies

Help us understand usage and improve. Where required, we'll ask consent before non-essential cookies.

6.3 Advertising Cookies

We do not run ads or use advertising cookies for third-party targeting.

6.4 Cookie Controls

Control cookies via your browser settings. Blocking some may affect login, security, or core functionality.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share only in limited situations:

7.1 Service Providers

Hosting, database, authentication, payment, security/logging, support, and infrastructure providers, processing only as needed to provide services to us.

7.2 Legal and Safety Reasons

To comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms/Acceptable Use, protect Sevoria/users/the public, prevent fraud/abuse, or report serious abuse where legally required or appropriate.

7.3 Business Transfers

In a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred; we'll take reasonable steps to protect it.

8. How Data Is Stored and Secured

Hosted via GitHub Pages and Supabase (auth/database). We use reasonable measures: authentication, database access controls, secure hosting, limited access to user data, HTTPS, logging/monitoring, and administrative access controls. No service can guarantee perfect security; keep your credentials safe and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Data Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary. Account info while your account exists; chat history while your account exists unless you delete it; billing records as required for accounting/tax/fraud/legal; security logs for a limited period; deleted data may persist briefly in backups. Request export or deletion at privacy@sevoria.co or via in-app controls. We may retain limited info where legally required or to resolve disputes, prevent abuse, enforce agreements, or protect security.

10. Exporting and Deleting Your Data

You may request a copy of your account info, a copy of your conversation data, correction of inaccurate info, or deletion of your account and associated personal information. Start a deletion request from the mobile app's Account screen or the public account-deletion page, including when you cannot sign in. Some info may be retained where legally required or for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement.

11. International Users and Data Transfers

Sevoria may be used worldwide; your information may be processed in other countries with different laws. Where required, we'll use appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses, data processing agreements, transfer risk assessments, or other legally recognized mechanisms).

12. Children's Privacy

Sevoria is not intended for children under 13. In the EU, not intended for children under 16 unless permitted by local law with valid parental consent. We don't knowingly collect personal info from children below the applicable age; if we learn we have, we'll take reasonable steps to delete it. Contact privacy@sevoria.co.

13. GDPR and UK GDPR Rights

If you're in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may have these rights:

Automated decisions: Sevoria uses AI to generate responses, which can be inaccurate and aren't professional advice. We don't intend to make legal, employment, credit, housing, insurance, or similarly significant decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

International transfers: if your data is transferred outside the EEA/UK/Switzerland, we'll use appropriate safeguards where required.

EU/UK Representative: [Not appointed / To be appointed if legally required] · Data Protection Officer: [Not appointed / To be appointed if legally required]. Contact privacy@sevoria.co.
