About Sevoria
What is Sevoria?
Sevoria is a sharp, honest AI assistant for everyday work and thinking. Use it to write, brainstorm, learn, summarize, plan, solve problems, and get unstuck.
It's designed to be useful without pretending to be perfect, it can help a lot, but you should still verify important information.
Want the full overview? See the Sevoria homepage for what it does, how it works, and why it's private.

Is Sevoria like ChatGPT?
The basic idea is similar: you type a message and the AI responds. Sevoria is focused on being calm, direct, useful, and honest about uncertainty, and on privacy: it runs on its own AI models rather than sending your conversations to a big-tech AI provider.
AI accuracy & safety
Can Sevoria be wrong?
Yes. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading. Always verify important information before relying on it, especially for health, legal, financial, academic, technical, or safety-related decisions. See Model Limitations.
Is Sevoria professional advice?
No. Sevoria is not a doctor, lawyer, accountant, financial advisor, therapist, or emergency service. Use it for general information, drafting, brainstorming, and learning, and contact a qualified professional for serious decisions.

Don't enter highly sensitive information, such as:
- Passwords or private keys
- Payment card numbers or bank details

Account
Do I need an account?
Yes, an account is what saves your conversations, syncs them across devices, and tracks your credits and plan.
How do I sign in?
With your email (we'll send you a one-time login code), an email + password, or your Google account. The code helps verify the email really belongs to you.
I didn't receive my login code. What now?
Check your spam or junk folder first, and make sure the email address is correct. If it still doesn't arrive, wait a minute and try again, or sign in with your password or Google instead. Still stuck? Email support@sevoria.co.
Can I change my display name?
Yes, in the chat, open your profile menu → Settings → Account → Name.
Privacy & data
Is my data private?
Your chats are private to your account, other users cannot see your conversations. Sevoria does not sell your data and does not run ads. We use conversations to operate, secure, and improve the service, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Do you sell my data or run ads?
No, and no.
Can I export my data?
Yes, Settings → Data → Export downloads a file with your account info, conversations, responses, and timestamps.
Can I delete my chats?
Yes. Hover a chat in the sidebar and use the delete button, or delete everything at once from Settings → Data. Deleted chats can't be recovered.
Can I delete my whole account?
Yes, Settings → Account → Delete account, or email support@sevoria.co from your account email. Deletion removes your chats and account data from active systems; some limited records may be kept where legally required (billing, security, fraud prevention).
Can Sevoria remember things about me?
Yes, selectively. Sevoria remembers small, lasting facts (your name, projects, preferences), not transcripts. You can see every saved memory in Settings → Memory, delete any of them, make Sevoria ask before saving, or turn memory off entirely. The free plan holds up to 25 memories.
Plans & credits
Is Sevoria free?
Yes, Sevoria Core is free, with credit limits. See the pricing page for details.
What are credits?
Credits measure AI usage, longer, more complex responses use more. Your balance shows in your profile menu, and each reply shows what it used. Free credits reset monthly. Full rules are in the Credit Usage Policy.
Are Pro and Max live?
Not yet, they're marked "coming soon" and can't be purchased. Pricing, features, and credit amounts may change before launch.
Do failed responses use credits?
We aim not to charge credits for responses that fail due to a Sevoria system error. If you believe credits were taken incorrectly, contact support with your account email and what happened.
Mobile app
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, see Download app. On Android you can download the app directly; on iPhone you can install Sevoria to your home screen in two taps. The web app also works in any mobile browser.
Will my conversations sync between web and mobile?
Yes. Web and mobile share the same account and the same conversations, everything stays in sync automatically.
Security
How does Sevoria protect my account?
Secure authentication, HTTPS everywhere, and database-level access controls that make your data readable only by your account. More on the Security page.
I found a security problem. What should I do?
Please report it privately to security@sevoria.co, include what happened, where, and how to reproduce it. Please don't disclose it publicly before we've had a reasonable chance to investigate.
