Privacy should be inspectable.

Sevoria is built so the important claims are concrete: model inference is run on infrastructure we control, chats are account-scoped in the database, and the few service providers involved are listed plainly.

Model inference

Chat responses are generated by Sevoria-hosted open-source models. We do not send prompts to a third-party AI model API for normal chat inference.

Account isolation

Chats are tied to your signed-in account and protected by database-level row security, so another account cannot request your conversations.

User control

You can delete chats, export your data, and review or clear saved memories. Memory is meant for durable facts, not full transcripts.

What happens when you send a message.

This is the plain-English version. The legal version is in the Privacy Policy.

1. Your browser or app authenticates. Sevoria checks your session server-side before accepting a request.
2. Your message goes to Sevoria's API. The server applies account checks, rate limits, usage accounting, and input limits.
3. Sevoria-hosted models answer. Normal chat inference stays with models hosted on infrastructure controlled by Sevoria.
4. History and memory are saved to your account. Conversations sync across web and Android; saved memories are visible and removable in Settings.

What service providers see

No serious privacy page should pretend infrastructure does not exist. These providers may process limited data needed to run the service.

Human review

Sevoria may review limited account or conversation data when needed for support, debugging, safety, or abuse prevention. We do not sell chat data, run ads, or use your data for third-party advertising.

Retention

Chat history stays while your account exists unless you delete it. Deleted data may remain briefly in backups or security logs where needed for reliability, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or abuse investigations.

Limits

Sevoria can be wrong, even when it sounds confident. It is not a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser, or emergency service. For important claims, use web search and verify sources.
