Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sevoria, an AI chat assistant web app and related services, including any future mobile apps. Sevoria is operated by Sevoria ("Sevoria," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing Sevoria, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Sevoria.

2. What Sevoria Is
An AI chat assistant to interact with an AI model, ask questions, generate text, manage conversations, and use free or paid credit-based plans. The AI runs on the operator's own model. We may change, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By using Sevoria you confirm you've read and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy; that you can legally enter this agreement; and that if you use Sevoria for an organization, you have authority to bind it. If you don't agree, stop using Sevoria.
4. Eligibility and Minimum Age
You must be at least 13 (at least 16 in the EU unless local law allows lower with valid parental consent). Sevoria isn't intended for children below the applicable age.
5. Your Account
You agree to provide accurate info, keep credentials secure, not share your account, notify us of unauthorized access, and be responsible for activity under your account. We aren't responsible for losses from your failure to protect credentials.
6. Acceptable Use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use Sevoria for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes. We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the law.
7. AI Output and Important Disclaimers
Sevoria uses AI to generate responses, which may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, misleading, or unsuitable. You understand that: Sevoria is "as is" and "as available"; we don't guarantee output is correct; you're responsible for reviewing and verifying output before relying on it; output isn't professional advice; Sevoria doesn't provide medical, legal, financial, tax, investment, psychological, or safety-critical advice; consult a professional before important decisions; and don't rely on Sevoria in emergencies.
8. User Content
"User Content" means anything you submit (prompts, messages, instructions, text, files, feedback). You keep ownership, subject to the license below, and are responsible for it and for having the rights to submit it. Don't submit content that's illegal, infringing, breaches confidentiality, or violates the Acceptable Use Policy.
9. License to User Content
To operate and improve Sevoria, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and use your User Content as necessary to provide the service, generate responses, store conversations, manage your account, provide support, maintain security, prevent abuse, debug, improve the service and AI, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. This lasts as long as needed and for legitimate business or legal purposes, subject to your deletion rights.
10. Ownership of Sevoria
Sevoria, its software, design, branding, interface, systems, models, features, docs, and logos, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms don't give you ownership. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, rent, sublicense, or exploit Sevoria except as allowed.
11. AI Output Ownership and Use
Subject to these Terms and law, you may use AI output generated for you. But output may not be unique, others may receive similar output, we don't guarantee it's free from third-party rights, you're responsible for checking lawfulness, and you shouldn't represent output as human-created where that's misleading or unlawful.
12. Plans, Credits, Billing, and Payments
12.1 Free tier may include limited access, credits, slower responses, or restricted features; we may change limits anytime. 12.2 Paid plans (Pro/Max) may add credits, higher limits, faster access, or premium features; details and pricing shown before purchase. 12.3 Credits are consumed by usage; unless stated, they have no cash value, aren't currency or property, aren't transferable, may expire, and pricing may change with notice where required. 12.4 Payment may be processed by third-party providers under their terms. 12.5 Taxes may apply and are your responsibility unless stated. 12.6 Failed payments may lead to suspension of paid features.
13. Refund Policy
Unless required by law or stated at purchase, payments for credits and subscriptions are non-refundable. We may at our discretion provide refunds/credits for technical errors, duplicate charges, or service failures. Dispute a charge at billing@sevoria.co. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer-law refund rights.
14. Service Availability and Changes
We try to keep Sevoria available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access; it may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, security, provider issues, model/infrastructure failures, network problems, or legal/safety reasons. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part anytime.
15. Beta Features
Some features are experimental/beta and may be unstable, inaccurate, incomplete, or changed without notice. Use them at your own risk.
16. Prohibited Conduct
You may not violate the Acceptable Use Policy or law; infringe IP; interfere with systems; attempt unauthorized access; scrape/automate without permission; reverse engineer or extract the model/system prompts/internal logic; bypass limits, credits, safety, or access controls; build competing datasets/models without permission; resell access without authorization; or harm others or the service.
17. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, create legal risk, misuse the service, fail payment, or where needed to protect the service/users/public or comply with law. You may stop and request deletion anytime. After termination, IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, dispute provisions, and incurred payment obligations survive.
18. Privacy
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
19. No Warranties
Sevoria is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express, implied, statutory) including accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, security, and error-free operation. We don't warrant it meets your needs, produces correct results, or runs without interruption.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sevoria and its owners, employees, contractors, providers, and affiliates won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits/data; business interruption; loss of goodwill; cost of substitute services; decisions made on AI output; errors in output; unauthorized access from your failure to secure your account; or third-party failures. Our total liability for any claim won't exceed the amount you paid in the three months before the claim, or US $100, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limits, so some may not apply.
21. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sevoria, its owners, employees, contractors, providers, and affiliates from claims arising from your use of Sevoria, your User Content, your violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy or law, your infringement of others' rights, or your misuse of AI output.
22. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes resolved in the courts/forum at the courts of the operator's principal place of residence unless law requires otherwise.
23. Consumer Rights
Nothing here limits rights under mandatory consumer protection laws. If a provision isn't enforceable in your jurisdiction, it's limited or removed only as needed, and the rest remains in effect.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms; for material changes we'll take reasonable steps to notify (in-app notice or updated effective date). Continued use means you accept the update; if you don't agree, stop using Sevoria.
