Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: June 26, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and isn't allowed when using Sevoria, an AI chat assistant operated by Sevoria. It applies to all users (free and paid Pro/Max) and is part of the Terms of Use. By using Sevoria, you agree to follow it.

1. Your Responsibility

You're responsible for the prompts, messages, and files you submit; how you use AI output; verifying output before relying on it; complying with the law; not harming others; and following the Terms and Privacy Policy. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or unsafe, review and verify before using it. Sevoria doesn't provide professional, medical, legal, financial, tax, investment, or safety-critical advice.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Sevoria for the purposes below.

3. Illegal Activity

No planning, promoting, assisting, concealing, or carrying out illegal activity, including fraud, theft, scams, money laundering, tax evasion, forgery, identity theft, trafficking, illegal weapons or drug activity, evading law enforcement, or helping others commit crimes.

4. Sexual Exploitation or Endangerment of Minors

No creating, requesting, describing, distributing, facilitating, or promoting content that sexually exploits or endangers minors, including CSAM, sexualized content involving minors, grooming, sextortion, or instructions for exploiting or contacting minors sexually. We may report serious abuse involving minors to authorities or relevant organizations where required or appropriate.

5. Harassment, Threats, Abuse, and Hate

No harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, doxxing, blackmail, intimidation, abuse targeting a person or group, or hateful/dehumanizing/discriminatory content, including content promoting violence or exclusion based on protected characteristics (race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, veteran status, or similar protected traits).

6. Violence, Self-Harm, and Physical Harm

No threatening violence, planning or encouraging physical harm, weapons/explosives instructions, encouraging suicide or self-harm, promoting eating disorders or dangerous self-injury, or instructions creating a serious risk of injury or death. If you're in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, contact emergency services or a trusted crisis support service in your location.

7. Malware, Cyber Abuse, and Attacks on Systems

No creating/deploying/assisting with malware, ransomware, spyware, credential theft, phishing, keyloggers, botnets, exploits, account takeover, DDoS, data exfiltration, bypassing authentication, or attacking systems/devices. Don't scan, exploit, or attack systems you don't own or aren't authorized to test. Good-faith security research is allowed only when lawful, authorized, and harmless to others.

8. Bypassing Safety or Extracting Internal Information

No bypassing, disabling, manipulating, or evading Sevoria's safety systems, limits, filters, or access controls; extracting hidden system prompts or private model instructions; circumventing credit/rate limits; reverse engineering internals; abusing debug messages; accessing private data or others' conversations; or manipulating the AI into violating this policy.

9. Scraping, Automation, and Service Abuse

No scraping/harvesting without permission, automated account creation, credential stuffing, spam, excessive automated requests, circumventing rate limits, sharing accounts to avoid limits, reselling access without permission, using bots/scripts to abuse credits or free-tier access, or interfering with availability or performance.

10. Dangerous Misinformation

No intentionally creating or spreading dangerous misinformation likely to cause serious harm, false emergency or medical info, false election/voting info, impersonated safety alerts, fabricated evidence presented as real, coordinated disinformation, or misleading public-health/crisis information. AI output can be inaccurate; verify before publishing or relying on it.

11. Impersonation and Deception

No impersonating others or deceiving people, pretending to be another person without permission, falsely representing a company/government/organization, creating fake official notices or endorsements, generating deceptive reviews, creating fake evidence/messages/documents to mislead, or misrepresenting AI-generated content as human-generated where deceptive or unlawful.

12. Privacy Violations

No doxxing, collecting personal info without permission, requesting private info about others, spyware-like behavior, tracking people without consent, exposing confidential/sensitive info, or uploading information you don't have the right to share.

13. Intellectual Property Violations

No infringing or misusing IP, uploading copyrighted material without required permission, generating content to unlawfully copy protected works, removing copyright notices, counterfeit branding, trademark misuse, or violating license terms. You're responsible for ensuring inputs and outputs are lawful to use.

14. Professional, Medical, Legal, and Financial Misuse

Don't present Sevoria as a licensed professional or use it as a replacement for qualified professional judgment, or to provide final authoritative advice in medical, legal, financial/investment/tax, insurance, employment, housing, credit, or safety-critical areas. General information, drafting, brainstorming, or education is fine, but verify important information with qualified professionals.

15. High-Risk Decisions

Don't use Sevoria as the sole basis for decisions that significantly affect a person's rights, safety, health, finances, employment, education, housing, insurance, legal status, or access to essential services. Human review and independent verification are required for high-impact decisions.

16. Enforcement

We may enforce this policy based on severity, risk, and context, warnings, removing content, refusing output, limiting features, reducing rate limits, suspending or terminating accounts, blocking payment/credit abuse, preserving relevant logs where legally allowed, and reporting serious abuse, threats, or illegal activity where required or appropriate. We may act immediately without notice if there's a serious risk to Sevoria, users, third parties, children, public safety, or legal compliance.

17. Reporting Violations

Report violations to abuse@sevoria.co with enough detail to review (account involved, date, description, screenshots/message details).

18. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy; for material changes we'll take reasonable steps to notify (updated effective date or in-app notice). Continued use means you agree to the update.
