What to include

The email address used for your Sevoria account.
A clear statement that you want the account and associated data deleted.
Do not send your password, authentication code, payment-card number, or private chat content.

What will be deleted

After we verify the request, deletion covers the account profile, saved conversations and messages, saved memories and personalization data associated with the account, and other account-linked service data that is not required to be retained.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, payment or accounting requirements, or enforcement of Sevoria's terms. Backup copies may persist for a limited period before routine deletion.

Verification and timing

We may ask you to verify control of the account email before deleting data. We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and process verified requests within 30 days, unless applicable law permits or requires a different period.

Already signed in? In the Sevoria mobile app, open Settings → Account → Account deletion. On the web, you can also delete individual chats and memories from their respective controls before requesting full account deletion.
